Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target key markets to increase sales and improve customer engagement.

-Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, social media), content marketing, and email marketing.

-Oversee the development of high-quality content that educates and engages our audience, including blogs,case studies, and videos.

-Work with Digital Marketing Manager to foster a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve shared goals.

-Should provide Product/Solution training to sales team.

-Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

-Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

-Build and manage customer communities, leveraging feedback to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

-Refine brand messaging and positioning to strengthen market presence and align with customer expectations.

-Organize and manage industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and connect with customers and prospects.

-Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on goals.

-Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Marketing lead for a software firm.
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Solid knowledge of content creation, partner marketing, and how to leverage, social, digital, comms, AR and PR within omni-channel campaign development
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work well in a results oriented environment with firm deadlines;
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively while being results-driven and patient
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.
