Job summary

Techbrein is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, able to develop and execute effective content marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Create, manage, and distribute high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email, webinars, and whitepapers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and sales, to ensure content is aligned with their goals and needs.
  • Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to content production and distribution.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, leads generated, and conversions, and use the insights to refine content strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external content creators, including writers, designers, and video producers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and apply the insights to improve content marketing strategies and tactics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Masters in Journalism or English.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in content marketing, with a track record of creating and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in developing a variety of content formats, including blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience in conducting keyword research.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
