Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate termination of service without notice. Techbrein will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any of these provisions. Customer understands that prior to joining our services, they must agree to this policy.

TechBrein Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not support any services/products which includes, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software. Any violation of the above which compromises the integrity of Techbrein or any other network is strictly prohibited. TechBrein shall not support any service/products which violate any law.

TechBrein would not provide service to companies or servers that try to abuse third party by spamming, phishing and hacking etc.

Abusive material against TechBrein's employees will not be permitted. Harassment whether through e-mail, chat or any other means of electronic communications is prohibited.

TechBrein reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

TechBrein reserves the right to, without notice, suspend use of the service/products for serious AUP violations.

TechBrein reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.

Refund Policy

All services/products are non-refundable. However we are providing 15 days trial for some of our Server Management plans and the services during the trial period is absolutely free
